'Harbinger' is the debut album from Nick Cove & The Wandering. The oldest song on the album is Rain while the newest song is Glass Houses. Even though all of these song were not written around the same time, they all sound like a cohesive unit that drives home the themes of loneliness, love, and crisis.

This EP is dedicated to everyone who has been around for it and the beginnings of Nick Cove & The Wandering, physically and vicariously. To everyone that played on the record. To everyone that has helped me bring these songs to the stage. To Sarah Kitch for always pushing. To Jamey McElroy for talking me into doing this. To Anthony Guyer for letting us use Forgotten Genre to record on the beautiful grand piano above your studio.
